The location was perfect and nice, next to a stylish restaurant with even better food, shops, and the nature, loved this place. It also was in the area which you find nothing in the distance of a walk.

location: the hotel was very close to quiet neighbourhood, attractions and train station, and own restaurant. the staff were really good and very, very nice throughout my visit.

We really loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was magnificent, especially after a long hike in the mountains. The hotel is so beautiful, away from any traffic, with huge fields around and the big sky with Tatra mountains in the backdrop. The service was top-notch, with staff who were amazingly friendly and accommodating. They were always there to help whenever we needed guidance. The room we stayed in was new and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We also enjoyed the fantastic spa and wellness center, which had an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage facilities. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice and comfortable hotel in high Tatras, excelent staff.

The closest surrounding od the hotel isn ´t very nice,lot of old hotels and pensions nearby. The hotel doesn ´t have a lift, on the other hand the are only 2 floors. I definitely would ´t say that this is a 4star,but I was pleased with our stay (mostly because of the staff)

We enjoyed the affordable price of our double room with a beautiful view and all the necessary amenities, plus, the hotel's proximity to Tatranska Lomnica and Stary Smokovec, as well as the peaceful surroundings.

The place is not easy to find. Even worse was the fact that there was no air condition at a day temperature of 36.5 degress and a horrible humidity.
